They cleaned and removed the fringe from an 8×10 thick wool rug… it came out great. Also cleaned a smaller 4×7 wool that had been stained by urine years ago (courtesy of our wonderful Basset.. ..hound.) We were pleasantly surprised that they were able to get out about 90% and we’re now able to use it once again. Good job!
