Web phone number was for Albany, so some confusion getting in contact with Corvallis establishment. Then given door code number, and drpped rugs without ID and without human intervention. Emailed invoice 6 days later, and completed this trust-based interaction. (I liked it!) The rug cleaning, as always, and as expected.
